Generate qualified demos from hotel decision-makers through structured, consistent LinkedIn outreach.
A daily process you follow to identify leads, contact them, follow up effectively, and book demos.
Booked demos with hotel GMs / IT Heads / Revenue Managers
Warm referrals to the right decision-makers
Clean and updated Zoho Leads
Your goal is not to close deals.
Your goal is to start conversations and create demo opportunities.
LinkedIn – to find hotel professionals
Zoho CRM – to track every lead
CopyQ - a clipboard tool to copy multiple things to clipboard
Pre-written message templates – to ensure consistency
Video links – short explainer videos to share in follow-ups
Your job is to follow the steps exactly the same way every day.

In the meeting invite,
Add a clear title. Eg: "WoodRose <> Room Mitra - Chat Bot Demo"
Add a one line description of what is expected in the meeting
B. They Refer You to Someone Else
Add the new contact as a new Lead in Zoho
In the original lead’s Notes, write: “Referred to <Name>”
C. They Say They’re Not Interested / Timing isn't Right
Mark Lead Status = “Lost Lead” or "Contact in Future"

Hi {{name}}, I work with Room Mitra where we help hotels automate guest requests, calls and bookings using our AI voice + chat assistant.
Thought it might be relevant for your property. Would love to connect!
Hi {{name}}, thanks for connecting!
Here’s a 2-minute video showing how hotels use Room Mitra to reduce front desk load, by automating pre-checkin calls to guests before their arrival: https://youtube.com/shorts/p-YtJjIix-Q?feature=share
Would you be open to a quick 15-minute demo?
Hi {{name}}, just checking in. We recently helped similar properties automate a large portion of routine guest calls like housekeeping and room service orders with our in-room tablet assistant.
Here's a quick video showing how guests interact with the in-room tablet for entertainment, room service and housekeeping - https://youtube.com/shorts/_QnfoghhBvY?feature=share
Would a short walkthrough help you evaluate if it’s relevant?
Hi {{name}},
Sharing another short video showing how Room Mitra's Chat Bot helps hotels reduce missed calls and increase upsells through the hotel website.

Happy to show you how it would work for {{hotelName}} if you're open to it.
Hi {{name}}, I don’t want to keep bothering you. Are you the person responsible for operational efficiency at {{hotelName}}? If not, could you please connect me with the right person. Thanks!
Closing the loop here. If you ever want to explore AI for guest service or front office automation, I’m always happy to walk you through it.
These remove uncertainty so you don’t have to guess.
If they work in a hotel → reach out
If role is directly or indirectly involved in operations → reach out
If it’s hospitality tech or supplier → skip
Follow the exact sequence
Do not skip days
Do not message twice in a day
Stop after 5 follow-ups
Messages must be short and polite
No pressure tactics
Never argue if someone declines
Always book demos promptly
If you hit any problem like:
A lead doesn’t fit a category
Someone asks a question you cannot answer
You are unsure how to reply
You get technical queries
Do not guess.
Message your manager with:
“Lead question – need guidance” + screenshot.
To get comfortable:
Day 1: Learn tools, read templates
Day 2–5: Start adding leads and doing daily checklist
End of week: Review your results together
After week 1, you’ll run this independently.
